Who is ON8NT?
I obtained the HAREC-licence on 26 september 2007. My former call is ON3RB.

I have been a SWL for 45 years now, my receivers included RACAL RA17L + longwave converter RA137B, Grundig satelite 3400 Professional,...
Since the introduction of the foundation licence in Belgium, and with the help from hams from radioclub TLS, i sit the exam and got the licence, just enjoying every minute of it... And now i have obtained the full HAREC-licence thanks again to the elmers of radioclub TLS (ON4UN, ON4WW, ON5UK, ON6IN, ON7AMI).

Since 2020 I'm also a member of DDARS (the Denby Dale Radio Society) in the UK. This club organizes interesting talks on Zoom, which are then placed on the DDARS Youtube channel, worth a visit and covering different aspects of our hobby...
​
Other hobbies: Everything which has to do with the sea and maritime life. Classical music and modern music, i especially like the Belgain singer Jacques Brel, and been supportive in the plans to save and restore the yacht of Jacques Brel: the "ASKOY 2", more info on this: http://www.askoyii.be

My mothertongue is Dutch (Flemish), but i also speak French, English and German, and hamradio is just another way to practise languages while operating my QRP-station.
